Thank you for choosing CondoSmart. Our aim is to provide your client with the information required to make an informed decision on their
condominium purchase.
Our services include a full written report and an hour consultation to review the findings. To complete the report, we require a minimum of two full business days from the time we receive an acceptable set of documents. Once we have completed the report (click here to view a sample report), we will arrange to sit down with your client and go through our findings and answer any questions. We think it is important to review the report and explain what we find face to face, that way we can answer questions and relate the documents to what it means to live in a condominium.
To accommodate the lead time required, it is recommended Realtors write the Offer to Purchase to read as per conditions “five business days from the receipt of a full set of acceptable documents”. This allows time (you and us) to collect, inventory and review the documents, write the report and relay our findings to the client. If there are any questions that arise from the report and review, there is time remaining to research the answers.
Because we work by email, fax, telephone - for clients and Realtors outside Calgary, we will email the report to your client and arrange to review our findings over the telephone.
